V.S.T Tillers Tractors Ltd Expands into the US Market with Wholly Owned Subsidiary, VST Americas Inc.
On April 26, 2024, V.S.T Tillers Tractors Ltd informed in an exchange filing that on April 25, 2024, the company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of VST Americas Inc.

The Chairman also highlighted the company’s focus on expanding its footprint in emerging markets. In April, VST incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, VST Americas Inc., in the US, to address the needs of that market in the tractor and farm machinery segment, opening up new growth opportunities. The company is expected to launch its products in the US market by FY26.
VST Tillers to enter US market in two years, plans more launches in Germany
Farm equipment manufacturer VST Tillers Tractors Ltd is set to enter the US market in two years, said company CEO Antony Cherukara. Speaking at the launch of six of the Series 9 Range of Compact Tractors on Wednesday, he said the company would launch three more higher horsepower tractors this September and three more in Germany, including an Electric Tractor in November.
