VST Tillers Tractors Pvt Ltd is a part of VST group that was founded by Late Sri. V.S. Thiruvengadaswamy Mudaliar in the year 1911. Since then the group has grown successful on large distribution of Automobiles in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu.

  • Promoter VST Motors Pvt Ltd secures industrial license to manufacture power tiller.
  • The Government of Mysuru allots 18.5 acres of land and agrees to invest Rs 15 lakhs by Equity Capital and thus the first agro based industry in Mysuru state was established

  • On 12/May/2015 we rolled out the 3,00,000th Power Tiller.
  • VTTL-PCD have been conferred with “Best Supplier Award” by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries – VST Diesel Engines Pvt Limited at the supplier meet held on 26/06/2015. We have bagged this in New Product Development – Sub Contract Parts category, for the cam shafts’ supplied to them.
  • Management has signed the Memorandum Of Settlement with the Union of Precision Components Division, Mysuru on 19th June 2015 in the Office of Deputy Commissioner Labour, Bengaluru.

  • VST Tillers Ltd. has entered into Technology transfer Agreement with M/s. Kukje Machinery Co., Ltd, Korea for Manufacture of Higher HP Tractor (Branson 5025R model) in India.
  • The Tractor will be Co-Branded as "VST SHAKTI BRANSON". M/s. Kukje Machinery Co., Ltd is part of Tong Yang Moolsan Co., Ltd, Korea (TYM) group and it exports tractors to USA in the brand name of "BRANSON".
  • "BRANSON" is a well-known brand in USA having good track record of quality & customer satisfaction.

  • Launch of 30 HP tractor - First company to introduce 30 HP in Indian tractor Industry.
  • Launch of Viraaj Facelift for Domestic Market.
  • VST Tillers Tractors Ltd., India entered in to Strategic alliance with Pubert India on May 12, 2020. Alliance will strengthen the VST’s focus to provide solutions for marginal farmers, This will empower our farmers with affordable mechanization in a period where the costs are raising and there is huge scarcity of labour.
